Here at Sōzō-Ryoku we aim to please, & customer satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason our items do not meet your expectations, you may return those items free of charge for a credit to your account, store credit, or exchange it for another item of equal value. To start the return process please fill out the form provided below, or email us directly at service@sozo-ryoku.com. After we've received your information along with the reason for your return, we will provide you with a shipping label to return your items.
NOTE: Return requests should be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
REFUNDS
Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (i.e., credit card, gift card). Please allow up to 7 business days from the shipping date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at service@sozo-ryoku.com with your name, address, & order number, along with the following item(s) you would like to exchange. In the event that the item requested is no longer in stock, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed. If a response is not received within 48hrs we will issue a refund for the original item being exchanged. Please keep in mind, your purchase price will be the amount we apply to any exchange. All sale and discounted items are eligible for exchange only.
WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received the wrong item shipped to you, this is due to a mistake on our part & your returned or exchanged items will be shipped at no cost. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us the day you receive your package so we can help replace the item.
