Ordering & Payments

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple, Google, Meta, & Shop Pay.

We screen all credit card orders for potential fraud. Please ensure correct billing and shipping addresses to avoid delays.

Shop Pay Installments

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase. 

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

Purchases between $50-3,000 of any product with the Shop Pay Installments option on the product page can be purchased using this payment method.

Eligibility for and approval of Shop Pay Installments is managed by Shop Pay and Affirm. Sozo-Ryoku has no control over this process, but you should receive an email from Affirm detailing why your payment was rejected. 

If you choose to pay in installments through Shop Pay, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.  There will also be no impact to your credit score. For Shop Pay installments, Affirm will not report to credit bureaus.

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method, and your balance will be updated.

Order Cancellation

It's understandable, we change our minds too! Should the items fail to meet your expectations, you may choose to exchange or return them for a refund. Complimentary shipping free for domestic returns.

Order Expectancy
Stock Items:

In-stock orders ship the same day if placed before 4pm.

Free Standard Shipping:

Orders eligible for "Free Standard Shipping" arrive within 1-7 business days from order date.

Rush options:

Multiple shipping options are available at checkout. If you wish to select a faster method you may do so then. Selection a different shipping option will override the "Free Standard Shipping" option if available.

Handmade Products:

Most handmade products take between 1-5 days to complete. Please read details listed in the product description for accurate prep and completion times. "In Stock" items will ship first if purchasing with a handmade product.

Apparel Sizes

Our Shirt and Pants sizes are based on US measurement. Sizes range from XS thru 3XL. To see a size conversion chart click here.

Signature Series

Signature Series is the new title given to our handmade product section. Keep in mind that products may take several days to complete after order is received. We have a limited number of machines, so we ask for your patience as we process your orders in a timely manner. Once production starts you will be notified via the email that was provided during checkout.

**To better assist you we've provided production estimations for each product type:

Hats: 1-2 days

Masks: 1 day

T-Shirts: 1-2 days

Shorts & Pants: 2-3 days

Hoodies & Sweaters: 2-3 days

Sweatsuits & Full Outfits: 4-6 days

Handbags & Backpacks: 3-6 days

Please Note: Production times can also fluctuate based on the number of orders placed in cue beforehand. If production times are running slower than usual, a staff member will notify you by email.

However, to ensure that our seamsters/seamstresses are fully compensated for their work, there will be no cancellations once production has started. If you're not satisfied after receiving your product you may return it incurring 20% restocking fee.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
